Had some minor issues like the third break like seal going bad and leaking rain into the headliner. Tail light also filled with water but was cheap to replace both. The truck has 95k miles on it and runs and drives perfect. I have owned it about two years and other then mostly wear and tear, the truck is one of the best vehicles I have owned so far.

 Era Context

The 2010 F-150’s safety package represents early 2010s mainstream safety tech, focused on crash survivability and basic electronic stability systems. At that time:

  • Advanced driver-assist tech (like blind-spot monitoring, automatic emergency braking, or lane-keeping assist) was rare or optional and not standard on most trims.
  • Crash structures and stability controls were becoming more sophisticated, with systems like Roll Stability Control helping reduce roll-over risk.
